Dispatch and Shipping

The EDC Cooperative is based in the UK, however, we ship all over the world. When selecting your postal address, the store will automatically apply the correct postage for your parcel. 

The main thing to note about dispatch is that not all items are in the same place. We are small time, and as such, we don't have a warehouse or a shipping team. All of the Founders chip in to do their bit. generally speaking, we do our best to organise all of the items to make shipping easy for both us and you. Basically, what I am saying is, Don't be surprised if you order something and it turns up in separate parcels. That said, if you ever have any queries about an order, please don't hesitate to contact us via to the contact page, or via Instagram. 

Dispatch Time

As mentioned, parcels can come from a variety of individuals. Please allow up to 3 days for parcels to be posted. We do try to organise ourselves before listing an item on the store so as to reduce the shipping time. however, we do ask to give us a couple days to cover any eventualities. 

Domestic

All packages are posted via royal mail. They are usually 2nd class in order to keep costs to a minimum. Should you wish for your package to be sent first class or recorded, p[lease contact us before placing the order. We have absolutely no problem doing so and will always do our best to accommodate you. Royal mail estimate that delivers using this method should arrive within 2-3 days (including Saturdays.)

International

Again, all packages will be sent via Royal mail international. The prices vary from country to country and is dependant on weight. We generally charge less than is actually costs to try and make it fair for you. Royal Mail estimate that a minimum of 5 days for international packages to reach their destination within Europe and 7 days for the rest of the world. We have known it take longer and we have even seen it take less time.

Your parcel hasn't arrived.

The last thing we want is lost parcels. It costs us time and money and it annoys you. Nobody wants that. If you are at any point worried about your parcel arriving, please contact us. We do ask that for domestic orders you allow a minimum of 10 days and 20 days of international orders to be received. Before these times, the Royal Mail does not consider it lost. Bare in mind that at busier times (Christmas, etc), the postal service may experience additional delays. unfortunately these are out of our hands.

Should you order fail to arrive, we will take steps to fulfil your order or issue a refund.
